Steps To Complete Membership Registration

  • Fillup the Business Registration Form
  • Upload required KYC Documents
  • Download the Pre-filled Application Form (Refer Bottom of the Page)
  • Application form should be Self Attested by the Proprietor/Director
  • Enclose the KYC Documents


  • Business Establishment Certificate (Incorporation Certificate/MSME Certificate)
  • Goods & Service Tax Certificate (GST)
  • Cancelled Cheque Leaf
  • Business Premises Indoor & Outdoor Photo
  • Business PAN Card


  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Passport Size Photo
  • Send the filled in application along with supporting documents to the address mentioned in the Membership Application Form (MAF)
  • WSPA will review and approve the MAF
  • On approval, pay the membership fee (Account Transfer Only)
  • On completion of the membership process, you will get WSPA Membership Certificate & Other Credentials
